Lay print and solid fleece wrong sides together, matching raw edges.
Cut a square out of each corner...the square will be the length of the fringe on two sides
Cut fringe 3" deep, 1" wide, on each side.
Use an overhand knot, tie front and back (print and solid) fringe together. Complete around entire blanket.
Note: Do not stretch fringe.
